Overview
The Allegany County Colorectal
Cancer Control Program is a grant funded program that resulted from
the Maryland Tobacco
Settlement.
The Allegany County Health
Department was awarded the funds and has contracted with Western Maryland
Health System to provide the Clinical Services.
Who qualifies for this program?
- Allegany County Residents
- Age 50 and Above
- Who are uninsured or underinsured
- Who meet the financial
guidelines listed in the chart below
This program provides education and screening services for colorectal cancer free of charge to those who qualify
