The Infant and Toddler Program is a program for children ages birth to three who are experiencing any delay in development or for those children who have a diagnosed medical condition that puts them at risk for delay. It is an interagency program of the Board of Education, Health Department and Department of Social Services. The Health Department provides nurses to be Service Coordinators for children with medical needs.

Who can refer? Anyone can make a referral..

How much does it cost? There is no cost to the children or families who qualify for services. The Federal Government and the State of Maryland provide the financial responsiblility for these services.

What Services are provided?
Developmental Evaluations, Nursing, Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy, Special Instruction, Speech Therapy, Service Coordination, Audiology, and more.
