This program provides the full range of interventions for pregnancy prevention in order to help individuals plan their family and/or avoid an unplanned pregnancy.

Services are by appointment and the clinic fee is based on the DHMH sliding fee scale.

 

Contraceptive methods available include:

DEPO-PROVERA
INTRAUTERINE DEVICE
ORAL CONTRACEPTIVES
DIAPHRAGM
CONDOM/FOAM
CONTRACEPTIVE PATCH

EMERGENCY CONTRACEPTION IS ALSO AVAILABLE
REMEMBER, EMERGENCY CONTRACEPTION SHOULD BE TAKEN WITHIN 120 HOURS OF UNPROTECTED SEX FOR IT TO BE EFFECTIVE.
