Improved Pregnancy Outcome
Alcohol is a danger for each stage of pregnancy. Children born to mothers who drink may have attention problems, slower thinking, and muscle problems. If a pregnant woman drinks so does her baby.
Any type of drug can hurt your baby. Drugs can make your baby be born prematurely, or addicted to drugs. A baby born to a mother on drugs could have lasting problems including learning disabilities.
Even over-the-counter drugs can be dangerous. Don't take any over-the-counter drug unless you first consult with your physician.
