Allegany County Health Planning Coalition (ACHPC) The Health Department and the Western Maryland Health System have joined with key community partners such as the Western Maryland Area Health Education Center, Tri-State Community Health Center, the Allegany County Board of Education, and County United Way to form the Allegany County Health Planning Coalition.  The purpose of the group is to identify priority public health issues in our communities and to implement strategies to enrich the lives of all Allegany Countians.  We encourage you to visit the Coalition web site for more information.
