The Allegany County Health Planning Coalition is a summit of established workgroups and committees already functioning successfully in the community. This coalition is comprised of representative from the following agencies:

- Allegany County Health Department
- Allegany County Board of Education
- Tri-State Community Health Center
- Western Maryland Area Health Education Center
- United Way
- Allegany County Human Resources Development Commission (HRDC)
- Allegany Health Right
