Health Services
The Outpatient Mental Health Clinic is located at the Allegany County Health Department on Willowbrook Road, Cumberland, Maryland. Private payment, Medicare, Medical Assistance, and PAC recipients are accepted for services. If the individual does not have any insurance, the Clinic accepts individuals who meet one of the following: homeless, Maryland psychiatric hospitalization within 90 days, incarceration within 90 days, receiving SSDI for mental health reasons, on conditional release, or served by the public mental health system within the last 2 years.
Hours of operation are:
MONDAY - THURSDAY: 8:00 AM - 6:30 PM
FRIDAY: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

offered at the Allegany County Health Department. Inpatient Services
are available at off-site locations for adults (Massie Unit) and
for youths (Jackson Unit).
